For our adult fitness classes, daughters 7-11 may attend (for the regular class fee) with their mother. Girls 12+ are welcome in our adult classes on their own. Babies of all genders are welcome to be worn at any of our bellydance classes and are welcome to share your mat in Pilates until they start crawling. Children of all genders are welcome in our family workshops if they are within the published age range for the content. For safety & permitting reasons, we do not allow children/babies to be in the space without participating in classes/workshops/events. While we're sheltering in place, kids are welcome to stream in with mom for all of our classes.
This is a great way to start creating an active lifestyle for your family, and is fun to boot! You and your toddler will have the opportunity to explore the movements inherent to dance, creating muscle tone and awareness. Your toddler will have the freedom to follow the ebb and flow of their interest. Toddler-friendly props will be introduced throughout the series. There is no maximum age for the adult, but the tot should be between 1—3!
Share bellydance with your daughter(s)! Bellydance is a wonderful art form to share with our daughters. Open to moms with daughters 4 and up, this class focuses on gaining comfort in your body and boosting self-esteem through dance. Each class will feature a warm-up, some simple drills, a dance game, small combinations, and a full cool-down/stretch. No experience necessary, and belly-baring is totally up to you and your daughter. 🙂 Mom registers for the class and can bring her daughters along (no extra charge for the kids). We are a trans-friendly space and welcome all who identify as women/girls to this class.
While we're all hunkered down at home come together as a family to throw some punches, do some squats, and generally let off some steam! This class is open to all ages and genders and will be a sweaty good time. Things you may want to have on-hand: Light/heavy weights (for anyone 8 or older, soup cans work great) Mat/Towel Water

Join Katie for family yoga to break up the monotony and find our collective breaths! All level, ages, and genders welcome for this virtual Pay What You Can (PWYC) gentle asana practice.
Get moving as a family in this class that will combine Yoga, Dance, and Meditation with a focus on celebrating what every body can do. Designed for moms and their elementary school-aged kids of all genders, this workshop will start with a brief yoga sequence, fuse into transnational dance, incorporate some movement games, and finish with guided meditation, all around the theme of the week.
Fortnite Boogiedown - Learn, laugh, and move Join us as we boogiedown to the dances from the popular Fortnite game (and some of our own creations) in a fun group atmosphere. This Parallel Kids' Class welcomes kids in elementary school (K-5th) of all experience levels and focuses on providing a relatable movement experience to keep things fun and interesting. Mom/Responsible adult must be in the Parallel Adults' Class offered at the same time. Have more than one kid? Register for as many spaces as you have children attending so we have an accurate head-count. Class size is limited.
