Start yourself off strong in Bellydance BaseFusion™.
Yes, you CAN bellydance, and this class is designed to show you how. Zero experience required, you can wear whatever is comfortable, and the pace is just right for learning new things. We focus on individual moves in this class (we leave the layering for Bellydance TechFusion™!) and play with simple traveling patterns so you can gain mastery of the basics.
ALL dancers, regardless of how long you’ve been bellydancing, are encouraged to spend time in Bellydance BaseFusion™. It is a great foundation for CardioBelly™, Bellydance FlairFusion™, and Bellydance TechFusion™, as well as being a place where dancers with more experience can focus back in on the key elements to keep their technique solid.
We dance barefoot in this class. You can bring your own hip scarf/coin belt or borrow one of ours. You are welcome to show your belly or keep it covered – whatever feels right for you on any given day. This class is open to women of all ages and girls 12 and up can come on their own (girls under 12 are welcome to attend with a parent/guardian participating in the class alongside them).

Strengthen your bellydance skills AND your muscles in this all-levels bellydance class. We’ll split our time between muscle groups to be sure to provide a balanced workout, both in terms of the conditioning and the dancing.
Each class will incorporate yoga, studies, and mat work in addition to dance drills. You are welcome to bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.
Dig deeper into your bellydance practice in Bellydance TechFusion™.
Master techniques, explore props, and focus on developing in-class proficiency and your personal dance practice. Each class will include drills, skill development, and improv in addition to the focus of the week. Dancers should bring their zills to each class.
This is our intermediate/advanced class and is geared towards dancers with the basics fully under their coin-belts. Beginning Bellydance (workshop), Bellydance BaseFusion™ (class), Bellydance FlairFusion™ (workshop) and CardioBelly™ (class) are recommended prerequisites for Bellydance TechFusion™.
Shimmy up a storm! Using bellydance moves and combinations we’ll work up a “glisten” in this fun-for-all-levels bellydance class.
No experience necessary just bring a beginner’s mind and a go-with-the-flow attitude! Get out of your head and into your body in this fun and easy to follow class.
Basic Bellydance moves are used in the combos so this is a great opportunity for all dancers to drill and boost core skills.
Since fun is the focus you’re welcome to wear leggings/yoga pants or a skirt and whatever you’d like on top. Coin belts and hip scarves are welcome, we also have plenty to share! Bare feet are recommended, but you can wear ballet slippers or a similar foot-cover if you’re more comfortable. Also, be sure to wear a smile or we’ll help you find one while you’re here!
