HIP CIRCLE IS TURNING 10!
Help Hip Circle Celebrate
June 2020 marks our 10th anniversary as a feminist dance, fitness, and community space in Evanston/Rogers Park. While this is a significant milestone, we aren’t feeling joyful or celebratory. Our city, state, and nation are in turmoil. Hip Circle Empowerment Center was created to help women unapologetically accept themselves as strong, beautiful, and worthy of attention no matter their size, color, experience, or socio-economic status. We recognize that our work is still gravely important, especially for BIPOC women.
